Week 2 ~ Preparing Your Body
Suggested practice for the week:
In light of the two categories of Self-Mothering (what you put in/on your body & how you move/rest your body) choose one habit/behavior/pattern that is currently not serving you & practice relating to the behavior the way you would as a parent to a small child. In other words, set some limit/boundary for yourself and love yourself through your reaction(s) to said boundary.
