For maximum impact, I recommend starting with a package of 6 sessions to create clarity around the obstacles you're experience, establish a regular home practice and experience the benefits of your commitment to your Self. After setting this firm foundation, I offer the option of regularly check-in sessions or drop-in sessions based on your needs.
