Week 6 — Mastering Your Mind.

Mind mastery is not about making the mind bend under your authority through resistance, it is about acceptance. When you learn to create space for your thoughts, to attune to your inner landscape, and embrace what is, a whole world of freedom will open up!

Do the work. Make it real.

I encourage you to commit to a daily practice of focusing the mind (i.e. Japa Māla, Nyāsam, etc.) for the next 21 days at least. Ideally, keep a journal to reflect on what you observe throughout the process.
